SINGAPORE, Oct 31 Asian inventory markets climbed cautiously on Monday amid hopes that the Federal Reserve would possibly sound much less aggressive about fee hikes this week, whereas wheat costs leapt after Russia withdrew from a pact permitting Ukrainian grain to transit the Black Sea.
