HFCs’ common ticket dimension rises on increased actual property

The housing finance market is expected to grow at a CAGR  of 20.58 per cent from FY22 to FY31 owing to affordable housing

HFCs average ticket size rises on higher real estate

The common ticket dimension of the loans given by housing finance corporations has risen to ₹14.8 lakh in 2022 from ₹12.9 in 2019, led by a rise in actual property costs and improved demand from the above ₹15 lakh section.
